The Sound of Tears
Sunset upon our distant words spoken for no one All you need from me are my eyes to accept beauty Yet I still care when you call Run to the sound of tears so to catch their fall And I break myself 'neath it all flinging the sum of fears up against the Walls stand tall for no known reason collecting my breath All I need from you are your ears Yet they turn away Do you still care if I call? Run from the sound of tears should they start to fall As you stand upon those who crawl crumbling the sum of fears underneath your wall Do we still care much at all? Deaf to the sound of tears, do they even fall? As divided wholes now maul repect, the sum of fears, and the silent wall
